Code Works! (formerly known as the Bulletin) is a quarterly newsletter of the Bureau of Construction Codes (BCC) within the Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth published in February, May, August and November. Archived copies of the newsletter are available on the BCC Publications-Bulletins-Interpretations-Advisories web page. The latest edition of CodeWorks! is placed on the What's New section of the home web page for a month from the issue date. The bureau's goal is to add the latest edition of the newsletter to the web site by the 15th day of the publishing month. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may delay the release date.
Please bookmark the BCC web page to view Code Works! after the 15th day of the publishing month. If you prefer to receive an email notification of the availability of the current edition, please send your email address to bccnewsletter@michigan.gov. When requesting this service, please take the appropriate steps to assure this email service will not be blocked. The bureau has no other recourse than to remove a blocked address from the group list.
If you prefer to receive a printed version of Code Works!, please send a yearly $10.00 subscription fee along with a complete name and address for addition to the bureau's mailing list.
