Rebuild Michigan Community Partnership RFP

The Michigan Energy Office is now seeking proposals for public and private non-profit organizations to plan and put into action a Rebuild Michigan program in their community. Rebuild Michigan is designed to foster public/private partnerships that will promote increased energy efficiency and renewable resource development and use within a community.
