Michigan Energy Options will be hosting a HERS Training in East Lansing from dec. 7th-10th. However, this training will follow a 2-4 week online tutorial. Please register by NOVEMBER 13th to reserve your place in the training tutorial and in-house sessions.
The training has two parts:
1. A self-paced online component (2-4 weeks) with practice testing to learn requisite skills for the training sessions.
2. A classroom component will follow from Dec. 7th-10th, including a RESNET exam
Timeline:
Registration Deadline: November 13th
Rater Training: Dec. 7th-10th
RESNET Exam: Dec. 10th
The program costs $1400, which includes the online materials as well as a 3-day classroom training experience with equipment and class materials provided.
