Solar Program Administrator Grant Proposal Announcement
The Energy Office is soliciting proposals from public and non-profit organizations to administer a solar domestic hot water heater rebate program. One grant will be awarded for a total of $575,000 to cover the cost of program administration, marketing, and participant rebates. The program would cover one year from January 1, 2005 thru December 31, 2005. Proposals are due 3pm Friday, October 22, 2004.
