*This discussion will revolve around what are considered to be the best associations between consumers and the MCB, and how a process can be created that encourages mutual involvement and respect between consumers and MCB in interactions regarding issues that progress through the focus design teams, Planning and Quality Team, Consumer Involvement Council and the MCB Board.
