Lansing Board of Water and Light "Down by the River Chili Cook-Off," June 24, 2005

This is the Michigan Commission for the Blind's first year to compete in this annual Lansing event. Stop by 5-9 p.m. on the riverfront downtown near the Lansing Center (or in the Lansing Center, if it rains) for a bowl of delicious beef or vegetarian chili, crafted under the supervision of MCB's Business Enterprise Program culinary professionals. Learn about MCB's services for people who are blind or visually impaired, and try reading a Braille fortune cookie for dessert!
