The Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) Consumer Involvement Council is made up of representatives from organized consumer groups and current agency clients. It provides formal consumer input to the Michigan Commission for the Blind Board. The meeting will be from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Victor Building, second floor conference room, 201 N.
