February 6, 2008 − The Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) will hold a special meeting of the board on Wednesday, February 20, 2008, 2:30-3:30 p.m., in Lansing at the Victor Building, 201 N. Washington Square (at Ottawa Street), in the second-floor MCB conference room.
The single item on the agenda is discussion of a proposal by the Elected Operators Committee to change a Business Enterprise Program (BEP) policy. Scheduled speakers are BEP Manager Constance Zanger and Rob Essenberg, chair of the Elected Operators Committee. The agenda is posted on the MCB website at www.michigan.gov/mcb.

MCB's Business Enterprise Program trains qualified people who are blind to operate food service snack stands, cafeterias, and vending machine locations on state and federally owned or occupied property.
