Reporting and Notification of Hazardous Material Incidents

Per Executive Order 2003-18 as of December 7, 2003, 12:01a.m. the Bureau of Construction Codes and Fire Safety will receive reporting and notification of any Hazardous Material incidents as stated in the Michigan Fire Prevention Code, Sections 29.5g & 29.5h.
