Leadership III (Fire Officer III Course)

Course Description:
This course provides the Company Officer with the basic leadership skills and tools to perform effectively in the Fire Service environment. This course covers when and how to do the following: Delegate to subordinates, assess personal leadership styles through situational leadership, discipline subordinates, and applies coaching/motivational techniques for the Company Officer.
