Is the landlord required to install flashing lights on the doorbell for a deaf or hard of hearing person?
 
Answer:
The landlord must allow you to install them at your expense in your apartment. If there is a bell system for all apartments, then the landlord must accommodate the deaf and hard of hearing tenants.
