The Michigan Land Bank has two categories of Properties for sale: Tax Reverted Property and Mortgage Foreclosure Property. Please see below for more information.

The Michigan Land Bank Tax Reverted Properties are properties that were foreclosed before 1999 due to delinquent real property taxes. These parcels may be residential or commercial, vacant or contain structures. With more than 8,000 available throughout the State of Michigan, the Michigan Land Bank has made available a Property Search Engine to assist in locating Tax Reverted Property currently held in its inventory.

The Michigan Land Bank currently holds title to several residential houses that were foreclosed by a mortgage lender in 2007. These parcels have past due taxes that the purchaser will have to pay to the local taxing authority. The list has been categorized into counties to allow for easier browsing. The parcel identification number, address and an estimate of the amount of taxes owed are provided next to each photo.
