THE APPRAISAL SUBCOMMITTEE (ASC)
Title XI requires that the Appraisal Subcommittee:
- Oversee State appraiser regulatory agencies
- Grant funds to, and review the activities of, The Appraisal Foundation
- Maintain a National Registry and collect Registry fees
- Report to Congress annually

- Access the National Registry for a list of appraisers qualified to perform
appraisals for federally related transactions
- Search for state licensed, certified residential and certified general appraisers
