| Renewing A License |
All of the license types issued by the Boxing Commission are on an annual renewal cycle expiring August 31. Late renewals will be accepted with payment of an additional $20.00 late renewal fee through October 30.

Renewal notification will be sent to each current licensee, at the business address on record, 30 to 40 days before the license expires. It is the responsibility of the licensee to notify the department of any name or address changes.
