Effective June 1, 2008, Public Act 157 of 2007 added Section 339.2411a to the Michigan Builders Laws & Rules which now mandates the Department to post any Final Order issued by the Residential Builders' and Maintenance & Alteration Contractors' Board on the website within 30 days after the final order is issued.
