Michigan Corporation	- Copy of "Filed" Articles of Incorporation (including any amendments). - Consent To Service of Process for any qualifying officer residing outside of Michigan.
Out of State Corporation	- Copy of "Filed" Article of Incorporation (including any amendments). - Current Certificate of Good Standing from the state in which the firm was originally incorporated AND from the MI Corporation Division. - Consent to Service of Process for any qualifying officer residing outside of Michigan. - Consent to Service of Process completed by the firm. - Corporate Resolution authorizing the Consent To Service of Process.
Limited Liabilty Company	- Copy of "Filed" Article of Organization (including any amendments). - Consent to Service of Process for any qualifying officer residing outside Michigan.
Out of State Limited Liability Company	- Copy of "Filed" Articles of Organization (including any amendments). - Current LLC Certificate from the state in which the firm was originally organized AND from the MI Corporation Division. - Consent to Service of Process for any qualifying officer residing outside of Michigan. - Consent to Service of Process completed by the firm.
