Effective January 1, 2007, licensure examinations for Hearing Aid Dealers and Hearing Aid Salesperson will be administered by PSI Services, LLC (PSI).  Candidates may contact PSI at (800)733-9267 or go to www.psiexams.com to obtain the examination brochure and registration form.

SALESPERSON

The Hearing Aid Salesperson examination consists of four parts, 2 written and 2 practical.

PART I - GENERAL INFORMATION (written)
PART II - AUDIOGRAM INTERPRETATION (written)
PART III - AUDIOMETRIC TECHNIQUE (practical)
PART IV - EARMOLD IMPRESSION (practical)

DEALER

The Hearing Aid Dealer examination consists of 4 written sections and 2 practical sections as follows:

PART IB - FITTING PROBLEMS
PART II - AUDIOGRAM INTERPRETATION
PART III - OTOSCOPIC EXAM
PART I -  Earmold Impression
PART II - Earmold Modification
