Hearing Aid Dealer and Salesperson licenses expire on November 30 of odd numbered years. Renewal forms are mailed in September to the most current mailing address on file with the department.

Hearing Aid trainee licenses expire one year after the date of issue. Renewal forms are mailed approximately two months before the expiration date of the license to the most current mailing address on file with the department.
