The immigration clerical assistant application (BCS/ICA-020) should be completed, signed and filed with the Department, accompanied by an immigration clerical assistant corporate surety bond (BCS/ICA-070) or cash bond (BCS/ICA-055) The application fee of $250.00 must accompany the application when filed with the department.
