If a previously listed immigration clerical assistant fails to renew his or her listing by the expiration date or fails to renew and pay the late renewal fee by the end of the late renewal period, he or she must file an immigration clerical assistant application (BCS/ICA-020) filing fee of $250.00, along with a corporate surety or cash bond for the sum of not less than $50,000.
