All ocularist registrations are renewed yearly by July 1. A renewal notice will be mailed to the last address on record approximately 60 days prior to the expiration date. Late renewals are allowed through August 30 with payment of the regular renewal fee plus a $20.00 late fee.

After August 30 the registrant must apply for Reregistration.
