Licensing Exams

Effective January 1, 2007, we have a new examination contractor for Personnel Agencies. The new examination contractor is PSI Services, LLC (PSI).  Once a candidate has received an authorization to test from the department, candidates must contact PSI to apply for the examination.  You may apply for the examination by mail or fax at:
