Licenses for this board are renewed annually by December 31. Renewal notification will be sent to each current licensee at the current address on record approximately 30 to 45 days before the expiration date on the license.  Once the renewals have been mailed, licensees may renew online at www.michigan.gov/elicense.

License renewals not received by December 31 can be renewed with submission of the regular renewal fee, plus a $20.00 late fee until March 1.  As of March 2 the licensee must apply for relicensure.

All individual licensees may make address changes online only during renewal time.  If an agency changes locations you must submit the change of location form and payment.  If an agency changes owners, the license become void; therefore you DO NOT use the renewal form or the online service.  You must call our office for a license application packet or download one from our site.
