Renewing a License

Renewing a License

Polygraph examiners licenses expire annually on December 31. Renewal forms are mailed in October to the most current mailing address on file with the department. Polygraph examiner licenses may be renewed within 60 days after the expiration date of the license by paying a reinstatement fee of $25.00, in addition to the required renewal fee.

Polygraph intern licenses expire six months after issue, and may be renewed for an additional six month period. Renewal forms are mailed to interns approximately 60 days prior to the expiration of their license.

Address changes for polygraph examiners, and interns are required to be reported in writing within 10 days of any change. Address changes may be reported by mail, fax or e-mail.
