Appraiser Rule Change

Appraiser Rule Changes

Effective January 1, 2008, the real estate appraiser rules change by adopting the education, experience, and examination criteria for appraisers as mandated by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB).  The rule change is consistent with Article 26 of the Occupational Code in which the AQB criteria is also adopted.  Additionally, the rules improve the administrative processes of recording attendee information for continuing education courses.
