Requirements are found in MCL 339.2623 of the Occupational Code. Licenses issued under this section have the same force and effect as licenses issued under MCL 339.2613, MCL 339.2614 and MCL 339.2615. Application materials for a reciprocal license may be obtained by calling the board office at (517) 241-9201, requesting the materials in writing, or downloading the application form from the Forms & Publications page.
