The Testing and Education Services Unit serves as the governing body covering testing and education needs for 29 licenses administered by the Bureau of Commercial Services.

Starting September 1, 2007 electronic submission of course attendance will be required of all approved education providers offering real estate continuing education courses. Below you will find a sample spreadsheet file with the format required for your electronic document.

• HOW TO BECOME A PRELICENSURE EDUCATION SPONSOR
On December 20, 2007, the Governor signed legislation that establishes prelicensure education and continuing competency requirements for Residential Builders and Maintenance and Alteration (M&A) Contractors. Prelicensure will be required beginning June 1, 2008. Continuing competency will be required beginning January 1, 2009.
