REQUIREMENT FOR MICHIGAN BROKER

If your marketing plans include initiating contact with Michigan residents through calls or mailings to Michigan area and zip codes, or attending trade shows in Michigan, you will need a Michigan broker to represent your development for these contacts.   Unless you confirm that you do not intend to initiate contact, you will be required to have a Michigan broker on-board before your development will be approved.  Before changing your marketing plan to include initiating contact with Michigan residents after registration approval, you will need to have a Michigan broker submit an application.
