When can I be reimbursed at the premium mileage rate?
 
Answer:
You are eligible to receive reimbursement for mileage at the premium mileage rate, if you had requested the use of a state vehicle and none was available. You must provide documentation with your voucher that a state vehicle was not available when requested.  Premium mileage is allowable if occasional daily travel is under 100 miles.
