What is the appropriate reply mail for my needs?
 
Answer:
The type of reply mail should be selected on a case by case basis. The three types of reply mail are Business Reply, Meter Reply and Courtesy Reply. The postage for Business Reply and Meter Reply is paid by the sender. The recipient pays the postage for Courtesy Reply. Postal regulations require certain design standards be met for Business Reply and Meter Reply Mail. For assistance in determining the type of reply mail and designing the reply mailpiece, contact the Mail Consultant at Mailing Services, (517) 322-1899.
