How do I request your services?
 
Answer:
Complete and submit a DMB Requisition for Service form DMB-530. This form will provide detail for Mailing Services of what you want completed, when you require its completion, accounting information and whom we can contact if we have any questions. Contact Mailing Services at 322-1899 if you need assistance.
