If I book air travel directly with an airline or online through Travelocity and I need to make changes, can I call the contracted travel agency for help?

Answer:

No, all air travel booked through online internet websites, directly through the airline, or another travel agency can not be changed or even accessed by the contracted travel agency unless they booked the airfare.
