FAQ
  Vehicle Services
I have been involved in an accident, what should I do?

Answer:
Obtain any emergency help needed at the scene. Record name, address, and insurance information including policy number of all other parties involved, on the Vehicle Damage Report, found in the glove box of the vehicle. Call 800-937-8149 and provide the information you recorded to the collision center. You will need to file a report with local police if the police do not complete an on-scene investigation/report. The collision center will arrange for towing and alternate transportation when necessary, and authorize repairs to the vehicle. You will need to get a copy of the police report and forward it to the collision center (mail and fax info is found on the Vehicle Damage Report.)
