If I lose the keys to my vehicle what do I do?
 
Answer:
Replacement keys can be requested through VS Lansing Service Center or through Maintenance Assistance Program (MAP). Our first suggestion is to contact your department vehicle contact to see if they have duplicate keys in their office. If they do not, and it is after hours, you may contact MAP for emergency service. As a reminder, VS does not reimburse the cost for emergency service related to lost or locked out keys.
