FAQ
  Vehicle Services
How long does it take to get a passenger car replaced?

Answer:
Typically, it will take 12 weeks from the time the leasing company places the order with the manufacturer to the time it gets shipped from the factory. You will have to add a few weeks at the front end to get the new vehicle replacement order from your office, to your department contact and to VS for data entry into the leasing company’s order system. If you have additional items added such as an alarm system, radio installation, or other specialized upfitting, the time at the end may be longer than a standard passenger vehicle order too. It is always best to check in with your department contact for an update.
