FAQ
  Vehicle Services
How long does it take to get a truck replaced?

Answer:
Truck orders are more specialized and usually have upfitting to meet your specific vehicle needs. Normally, light duty trucks with manual transmission will take 12 weeks from the time the order is placed with the leasing company to the time it ships to the upfitter. You will have to add a few weeks at the front end to get the new vehicle replacement order from your office, to your department contact, and to VS for data entry into the leasing company’s order system. After shipping from the manufacturer, it can take up to 4 weeks for upfitting, then shipment to the prep center for delivery to you. With automatic transmissions, radio installations, and more unique applications, the time could be longer. It is always best to check in with your department contact for an update.
