We picked up our new vehicle several months ago and it's still not in VIOLA or on the Turnaround Usage Document.
 
Answer:
Vehicle Services staff can check the database to see if the vehicle is assigned.  If it is not, contact the Customer Service Group to find ou the reason for delay.
