Can an employee drive a State vehicle out of state or out of the country?
 
Answer:
The departmental vehicle coordinator contacts VS at 322-5004 to obtain the following authorizations:
  1. Travel out of the State of Michigan

    Temporary Registration

  2. Travel in Canada

    Certificate of Registration

    Canada non-resident inter-province motor vehicle liability insurance card.

  3. Travel in Mexico

    VS Authorization

    Certificate of Registration

    Mexican insurance policy
