When we see a State vehicle being abused or driven recklessly how do we make a complaint?

Contact VS at 322-5000 or write to Vehicle Services, 6951 Crowner Dr., P.O. BOX 30026, Lansing, MI 48909. VS follows up on all complaints with the departments and maintains written records of all complaints.
