How do I get reimbursed for vehicle expenses paid out of my pocket?
 
Answer:
In order to be reimbursed for vehicle expenses paid out of pocket, such as gasoline, you will need to fill out a DMB-47. This form can be obtained from your vehicle contact or by calling the DMB warehouse at (517) 322-5804.  You can also find this form in Vehicle Services website under forms.
