Warehouse Services - What is the first step to setting up a forms or publications item for storage?
 
Answer:

Your division's central contact person, known as your forms officer, should submit a written request to Warehouse Services. This request should contain the form number, form title and the unit of issue. (Note: The unit of issue should be the largest unit practical: carton, box, package, each, etc.)
