The same steps are followed regardless of the type of document entered onto ADPICS.

After you get the error message, press F11 for the Accounting Information screen, PCHL 1525.

Tab once and select the error by placing an S over the error sign, then press F2 to get the explanation of the error.

If you do not understand the message, go to screen 90 in R*STARS, which is the New/Help table. This table contains a better, more detailed explanation of the meaning of the error.
