Financial - Are agencies responsible for the total cost of the vehicle if it is disposed of prior to the lease period unless it can be redeployed?
 
Answer:
Financial - When agencies obtain a vehicle from VTS they are committing to the cost of the lease. If an agency disposes of a vehicle in a manner that requires it to be disposed of prior to the lease period, they may be responsible for the remaining cost of the lease.
