Guidance - Should the Reasonable Accommodations process be modified as a cost savings issue and is it being abused?
 
Answer:
Guidance - As compared with general population, results are reasonable. As standard options, more fleet cars are equipped with lumbar and some with adjustable pedals so the issues are decreasing.
