Mackinac Island State Harbor of Refuge

The Mackinac Island State Harbor of Refuge is being refurbished to meet the needs of Michigan boaters, incorporating sustainable design concepts and providing safer facilities. Bob Adams and Mark Knoebel from the Design and Construction Division are providing project direction and inspection services for the Department of Natural Resources.
