Fiscal Year 2007 - Public Act 41 of 2007

Sections 223 (2) and 223 (3) of Public Act 41 of 2007 require that DMB report the status of major construction and preliminary planning projects.  Section 256 requires that DMB report on the site preparation economic development fund.
