Variable Data Mainframe Print at the Consolidated Print Center

The Consolidated Print Center provides high volume mainframe and network print services. It can accommodate a variety of data streams and has several software tools available that can compose and format documents.

Examples of some recent accomplishments include the printing of DNR E-Licenses from the Internet and working with Retirement Services to process member statements generated from their new client-server pension system.

We have the ability to manage a one-time print request or improve existing processes by managing many of your routine office mailings such as billings, account statements and correspondence.

Printing

The CPC printers are designed for high-volume production print applications and offer both duplex and simplex imaging. Both cut-sheet and pin-feed stocks of various sizes are processed by utilizing a number of different print devices. The CPC can merge variable data onto static electronic or pre-printed forms and warehouse all the necessary resources on its equipment. In addition, cut-sheet highlight color print that can produce one color (red, green, blue, violet, and brown) plus black ink if available.

We work closely with Mailing Services to ensure any new application development meets the USPS standards for postal discounts to maximize your overall savings.

File Processing

The CPC supports several transfer protocols from a Windows NT environment and can work with your staff to decide the best method for processing data files.

Forms Creation

CPC technicians have at their disposal several mainframe and network composition tools to assist you in creating an electronic form. They have the resources available to provide conditional placement of variable data onto either a pre-printed or electronic document. An analyst can provide more detail on the specific requirements for carrying out this service and can be reached by calling 517-322-5193.

Delivery

DMB Mail & Delivery Services provides delivery of print to various locations at different times throughout the business day, utilizing both freight and ID mail capabilities.
