Welcome to the Vehicle & Travel Services information page. The Vehicle and Travel Services program area provides customers with vehicles and customer service solutions for their business needs. These services include vehicle ordering, delivery, maintenance, radio installation, motor pools, and vehicle remarketing services.

The objective of Vehicle & Travel Services is to serve our customers by communicating effectively, streamlining processes, and pursuing technology advancement. VTS operates a vehicle service center facility. For location and hours of service visit our page about the Lansing Service Center (Secondary Complex).

Motor Pool vehicles are available at three locations: Secondary Complex Pool, Capitol Complex Pool and Detroit Short-Term Reservation. For quick reservations to any of the motor pools, please use the motor pool reservation on-line form. Pool reservations should be attached to an e-mail and sent to the appropriate motor pool. In the future we hope to have a motor pool reservation confirmation returned to you via e-mail.

Towing and Emergency Road Service is provided through the Lansing Service Center and our Maintenance Assistance Program (MAP). Service for the Lansing area is available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by calling (517) 322-2158. Outside of Lansing and after hours, call MAP at 1-800-937-8149. If using a local tow provider, that provider can contact MAP for approval of service and billing details.

Maintenance Assistance Program (MAP) is available for repairs or location of service providers outside the area serviced by the Lansing Service Center, call 1-800-937-8149.

Collision, Accident, Incident, Vandalism, and Stolen Vehicle Reporting is available at 1-800-937-8149. Hours of service are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Drivers must also file a report with local police.
