The Vehicle and Travel Services program area provides customers with vehicles and customer service solutions for their business needs. These services include vehicle ordering, delivery, maintenance, radio installation, motor pools, and vehicle remarketing services.
The objective of Vehicle and Travel Services is to serve our customers by communicating effectively, streamlining processes, and pursuing technology advancement. This is in addition to providing cost effective, timely and safe transportation for our customers. VTS Vehicle Consultants are available to assist with your needs.
Towing and Emergency Road Service is provided through the Lansing Service Center and our Maintenance Assistance Program (MAP). Service for the Lansing area is available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by calling 517-322-2158. Outside of Lansing and after hours, call MAP at 1-800-937-8149.
MAP is available for repairs or location of service providers outside the area serviced by the Lansing Service Center at 1-800-937-8149.
Any incidents of collision, accident, vandalism, or stolen vehicle must be reported to MAP at 1-800-937-8149. Hours of service are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Drivers must also file a report with local police.
