Vehicles can be picked up or dropped off 24/7 using the Allegan Street entrance.  Push the call box button for assistance.  After verifying as noted below, the gate will be opened.

For Pick Up:   Drivers must show the operator their SOM employee ID card and a hard copy of the VTS confirmation email.

For Drop Off:   Drivers must show the operator their SOM employee ID card; the operator will also verify the customer is driving a state vehicle.
