Capitol Complex Pool| Secondary Complex Pool

Vehicle & Travel Services coordinates temporary vehicle needs through the motor pools for departments that require transportation services for official business. Vehicles are available at two Lansing locations: Capitol Complex Pool and Secondary Complex Pool. For quick reservations for any of the motor pools, please use the motor pool reservation on-line form. We want to accommodate all requests by aligning a vehicle size and seating capacity to your needs. Your reservation helps us match the vehicle to your need.

Users of the on-line reservation form will receive an e-mail confirmation of their request.  THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION THAT THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.  A confirmation or denial message will be sent to the requestor within one working day.

Vehicles can be picked up or dropped off 24/7 using the Allegan Street entrance.  To access the motor pool, employees must either scan their ID (if they have access) or use the intercom box located next to the gate with proper ID.

Vehicles can be returned to the Secondary Complex Motor Pool after hours.  Park the vehicle in the VTS parking lot and lock the keys in the vehicle.
