The Vehicle & Travel Services Vehicle Reservation System (VRS) is an automated system that allows users to reserve state vehicles assigned to outstate Motor Pools. The VRS is an Intranet site and can only be accessed through the State of Michigan network.

Recording Vehicle Usage
You will receive an email confirmation of reservations made through the VRS. Print this confirmation and take it with you to pick up the vehicle. When you return the vehicle, please fill in the information at the bottom of the page, including mileage, any mechanical problems you noticed, return date and time, and accounting information, and return this sheet with the keys.
